Providing Data Recovery Service, I know how frustrating it is if you loose your data due to a hard drive crash, and I always tell my clients how important it is to have a backup. Unfortunately most take it serious only after they experienced data loss and it cost them lots of money and downtime to get back to work. Therefore I can not state it often enough - Backup! - Backup!
You should have at least one backup solution, preferable off-site and a local backup on a external or network attached hard drive (NAS). JCCS can assit you in selecting the right solution.

Be very cautious if you see messages on you sreen poping up, that you have been infected with a virus, it is 95% a Malware, and it will create serious problems on your system if you continue to follow their instructions! Make a note of the message, imediately shut down your computer and call JCCS. Unless this message is from your installed Antivirus program (triple check that is in fact from your program) follow the instructions
